Summary:
The Business Services Coordinator compiles, processes, and maintains accounts payable records, expense reports, journal entries, and daily transactional accounting functions.

Essential Functions:
Process purchase order and non-purchase order related invoices in SAP
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Prepare and perform check runs
Process checks for manual invoice payments
Process employee expense reports
Prepare and input journal entries into SAP
Prepare and update daily transactional and month end reports
Interact with multiple departments throughout facilities as well as outside contacts
Develop and maintain internal customer and external supplier relationships
Perform accounting activities with moderate supervision
Participate in group meetings and demonstrate an ability to work in a team environment
Perform general office duties such as filing and handling routine correspondence


Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
Demonstrates strong attention to detail ability
Effective multitasking ability in organization and time management skills
Compliance of corporate guidelines and policies
0-5% Travel Required
Computer skills include but not limited to (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, SAP)
Strong skill using a 10-key numeric key pad
Physical requirements include but not limited to: occasionally lift Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
