Responsibilities:
Drives quality improvement, tracks, and reports progress of TS-problem landscape and achievement of TS Q-targets.
o Monitors and reviews sensor data. Develops, trains, and supports T-sensors as required.
o Reviews plant problem landscape, prioritizes issues and evaluates risk for all models built at Plant Spartanburg.
o Develops, generates and reports the overall TOP-issue priority list for management.
o Qualifies and reports incidents into respective steering levels (QC1, QC2).
o Steers all TS owned problems in the Plant Problem solving process.
o Reports overall Plant Spartanburg problem resolution progress.
o Provides transparency of TS problem landscape for assigned modules to process chain, LT/PSTs.
o Performs as SV by supporting and coaching LV in problem solving process for all problems owned by TS. Supports prioritization and scheduling.
o Leads cross-functional teams for quality improvement as required.
o Verifies problem resolution and sustainability.
o Promotes the principles and values of Plant Spartanburg in daily activities and future plans.
o Maintains compliance to the Plant Management System through appropriate training and awareness, as well as continuous improvement of the system and supporting departmental systems and activities.
Performs other duties as assigned by BMW operations supervisorEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
