And we're currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
POSITION SNAPSHOT Our Customer Service Representative will help restaurants, farms, breweries, medical facilities, and other industry partners solve their critical HVAC and refrigeration service and equipment needs.
This position is the primary touch point for customers, whether calling in or following-up to make sure we Saved Their Day.

To be considered for an interview, candidates must be ready to:
? Pleasantly and Professionally Answer Customer Requests as the first point of contact for incoming calls.
Assist the dispatch team to schedule and provide input on timelines and customer resolutions.

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Strong computer skills.
We use the Microsoft Office Suite in everything we do.
We also use ServiceTitan and experience in that software is a plus.
? A positive, healthy attitude.
All candidates must possess and maintain a clean and clear driving record, background check, and drug tests.

Typical hours are 8:

00, but this position also requires answering the phones for emergency service as part of an on-call rotation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
