Assists Plant Spartanburg's Vice President, as needed.
Manages all office activities without supervision.
Job Responsibilities Prepares documents such as an agenda, notices, minutes and presentations for Senior Management Meetings.
Uses business software applications (e.
g.
word processing, presentations and spreadsheets to repares routine and advanced correspondence including memoranda, letters, presentations and reports.
Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compiles documents for travel-related meetings.

s and requisitions in SAP.
Interfaces with client's AG.
Screens incoming phone calls and correspondence, and prioritizes and responds independently, when possible.
Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, meeting documentations, and video conferences.
Updates targets the Client Target Management System.
Serves as primary Time Administrator for the VP area.
Assist with department budget, training records, travel arrangements, expense reports, office supplies and record retention.
Handles confidential information and material.
Performs other duties as assigned by client's MC Operations Supervisor.

Fluent German Language, preferred.
