1 Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description We are seeking an IT Field Services Technician in our Carolinas Strategic Market Area.
This position will be based out of our Greer, SC office and report to the Manager of IT Field Services.
As an IT Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users in multiple locations, ensuring proper operation of IT systems and equipment, and performing regular maintenance tasks.
This role requires a high level of customer service skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional and courteous assistance to internal customers, both in person and over the phone Responsible for entering/updating/resolving support tickets and monitoring respective queues Resolving various break/fix issues either remotely or on-site Deploying, moving, and maintaining PCs, servers, network equipment, printers, phones, and other IT peripherals Troubleshoot various types of connectivity issues including network, WiFi, cellular, and serial devices Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting various pieces of hardware and software Support a variety of mobile devices Order new or replacement hardware/software Escalate issues to vendors as needed and follow up through resolution Coordinate and supervise vendor installation of hardware, software, cabling, etc Work collaboratively with area management to provide IT solutions that align with business strategies Work collaboratively with other IT resources Drive standardization to ensure a consistent experience Communicate changes, problems, solutions to other technical staff Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

years experience providing end-user desktop support in a non-scripted role Proven track record of success in providing a high level of customer satisfaction Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server Technical expertise in networking, including switching, routing, and wireless networks.
Proficiency in Fortinet networking equipment is a strong plus Experience with managing Active Directory users and computers Experience with Office 365 end user troubleshooting Experience with network printer installation, setup, troubleshooting Strong PC hardware and OS troubleshooting and break/fix experience General networking knowledge including TCP/IP and Fiber/Copper ethernet Ability to resolve basic to advanced hardware, software, and connectivity issues Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong team work and collaboration skills Able to work effectively independently with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Capable of communicating technical issues and solutions effectively Ability to travel and clean driving record is required Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a variety of environments including:
offices, rock quarries, asphalt plants, and sand & gravel operations Ability to work a flexible schedule Associates degree or equivalent IT experience IT technical certifications are a plus Rogers Group provides extensive benefits, company vehicle, and strong compensation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
