Benore, President and CEO Who You Are:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Warehouse Operations to lead all aspects of our Warehousing and Distribution Operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-site planning, financial budgeting, organizing, staffing, project management, and directing overall initiatives and site goals.
This position requires a strategic leader who can devise policies, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute all aspects of Warehousing and Distribution Operations, ensuring value creation for customers, employees, and the organization.
Develop and manage team deliverables that exceed customer, financial, and leadership initiatives.
Implement succession planning to maintain staffing levels and meet operational, customer, employee, and organizational commitments.
Serve as the primary customer-focused point of contact, managing customer complaints and improvement opportunities.
Manage customer accounts, ensuring scope management, contract management, renewals, and operational execution.
Drive improved customer-specific pricing strategies and bottom-line results, working with solutions to analyze and improve business processes.
Monitor and manage continuous process improvement programs for on-site customers.
Responsible for a documented customer and operational site visit agenda, measuring results and setting expectations.
Enforce corporate policy and regulatory initiatives, ensuring consistent application across all operations.
Manage the development and implementation of customer technical functional requirements in conjunction with the solution team.
Lead performance management processes and ensure long-term development and stability for all operations.
Develop, manage, and implement quality safety programs, ensuring consistent application and measurement.
Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of quality safety programs that meet and exceed customer expectations and support ISO-9001 certification.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Manage various levels of employees, providing direction, coordination, and evaluation.
Plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees.
Address complaints and resolve problems, assist with interviewing, hiring, safety, and training employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.

) from a four-year college or university.
10 years of related work experience in warehousing and distribution operations.
Transportation and current 3PL experience is required.
Professional communication, computer, and presentation skills.
Ability to represent the company positively with employees, customers, and the community.
